The cavernous expanse of the Durham's Fruit a reclaimed warehouse that pulses with the ghosts of its agricultural past, will become Ninajirachi's playground as the Australian hyperpop architect prepares to deliver a performance that will crystallize her "I Love My Computer" tour's central thesis: the sublime communion between flesh and pixel. Morning Choir's curation will feel secondary to the sheer gravitational pull of Ninajirachi's maximalist universe, where glitchy breakbeats and neon-bright melodies will transform concrete into something approaching the sacred. Her set will unfold like a fever dream of internet youth culture made manifest, each track from her debut album reimagined through the warehouse's brutal acoustics, reverberations bouncing off steel beams like digital prayers ascending toward invisible clouds. The visual component, a strobing kaleidoscope of Y2K-inspired graphics and corrupted anime aesthetics, will turn the industrial space into a portal that feels simultaneously nostalgic and prophetic. What will distinguish this from typical rave is Ninajirachi's intuitive understanding of how online intimacy translates to physical space. As bodies move through artificial fog, her genre-fluid compositions, oscillating between PC Music's deconstructed pop and breakcore's jagged euphoria, will create moments of genuine transcendence, suggesting new possibilities for how a generation raised on screens might experience the hyperreality of a musical world outside of a computer. The experience begins at 9pm on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Supporting artists will be announced soon.
